Account data: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name. Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and is never stored on our servers.
Usage data: We collect anonymized usage metrics to improve the platform — adapter connection counts, event volumes, API latency, and error rates. These metrics are not tied to the content of your data.
Adapter data: Carlquist processes data flowing through your adapters to perform transformations, routing, and delivery. We do not inspect, mine, sell, or train models on your adapter data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or adapter data with third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes. Period.
Account data is retained for the life of your account. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Adapter data is ephemeral — it is processed and forwarded but not persisted beyond delivery confirmation and dead-letter handling (retained for up to 7 days).
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication and is logged. See our Terms Trust Center for full security details.
